hi yesterday night i have update ios 8.4 after that my phone is not work. every 2 min phone restart and power off and phone also become so much hot

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on device.

hi i have allready try it but also the same . phone start and just in 2 min again power off. it is the same thing
I would schedule the genius appointment at the Apple store or try to restore your iPhone.

just now again i try but now the screen turn blue and then again its power off. when start the phone i can access any thing

Unfortunately iPhones do not have international warranty. It can be serviced only in the country where it was purchased.
