8.4 OS version on short RAM of iPad2?

Will this 8.4 OS version make a better use of short RAM of iPad2 in order to prevent freezing the system?

iPad 2, iOS 5.0.1

Hi

You need to update to 8.4 ios this update was mainly to do with music.

Ios9 will be the big update that may use less memory .
