I have 12" Macbook with force touch,
Everything is fine until I upgrade to latest Yosemite 10.10.4, Force touch is not working with Preview App.
Please help me to resolve this problem.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
Or you can use your Apple ID to register with this site and go the Apple BugReporter. Supposedly you will get an answer if you submit feedback.
Same problem on my MacBook pro 15' 2015. For me it's an unbearable bug since I read a lot of academic papers in pdf files
I don't know if this helps, but I was just having the same issue attempting to look at some image files. I noticed that the Preview app had a dialogue box open that was preventing other windows from opening up. I closed that box and it's all good. Might be an unrelated problem, but thought I would pass it along.
