iCloud Music Library not showing up on iPhone

I signed up for Apple Music last night around 10 PM PST. I upgraded all software for iTunes PC and iPhone. I enabled iCloud Music Library on both PC and iPhone. iTunes scanned my PC library and uploaded songs it could not match. When I go to my music on iPhone I do not see any non-iTunes purchased music (CD rips, purchased elsewhere, etc.) or any of my playlists that I made on iTunes PC. What is my next step? I know the servers are getting hammered right now, is it just server lag? Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated, this is frustrating.

BTW, the service is supposed to make all of my iTunes music library available to stream on mobile, right? And my iTunes music library should be showing up on iPhone, right? What I'm asking is if this part of the service is supposed to be akin to iTunes match.

It appears that turning off and then re-turning on iCloud Music Library on the iPhone has fixed the issue.

After spending hours reading posts and tutorials on iTunes Match and the iCloud music library, I stumbled across this post. My iCloud music library wasn't appearing on my iPhone but was on my Mac and iPad. I had previously enabled iCloud Music Library under iPhone music settings and all my music disappeared. I had received the "delete and replace" warning previously and feared doing it again because some of the music was there that I had recently ripped to my MacBook. However, when I finally took the plunge and turned it off and on again, the iCloud library reappeared. This works.
