Unable to create new iTunes Radio station in 12.2

Still trying to differentiate between Apple Music radio and iTunes Radio. I'm still able to listen to Recently Played iTunes Radio stations, but I'm unable to create new stations. Is this a bug of iTunes 12.2 or is Apple removing this functionality for non-subscribers of Apple Music?

When playing a song - or looking at the contents of a playlist - look for the triple dots in a circle to the right of the song title. Two available options "New Station from Artist" and "New Station from Song" are available and do what you would expect. The problem I see is there's no apparent way to delete these stations.

Note that I have not subscribed to Apple music so perhaps editing/deleting stations is a premium feature.

In my case, station which were based on a single song/artist did transfer - although in the "Recently played" category. As I mentioned above, new stations are created but there is a lag. Sometimes it took a minute or two for iTunes to respond - I suspect Apple's servers are getting slammed right now. Since I don't have Apple Music enabled, what's running is what remains of the iTunes Radio service.

In any case, I cannot create a new station from multiple songs/tracks and old stations based on these were removed. Some of my stations are quite old (a couple of years now) and as long they were built off a single group/song they are successfully recreated in iTunes 12.2.

I'm experiencing all of the above; only recent stations are shown, and there's no ability to create new stations or edit existing ones. It appears that Apple has chosen to, once again, take complete control of the Apple experience, including the customer's ability to make their own choices. As for streaming music, it's back to Pandora for me. Sorry, Apple, I'm not buying this time.

Hi, all!

Search the artist or song in the search bar at the top right in iTunes. Make sure the search option is on Apple Music and not My Library. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the search results to the section that says Station. It will start playing the station you selected and will add it to your recently played on the Radio tab. Hope that helps!

This bothered me so much, I figured out how to re-install iTunes 12.1. Uninstall ALL apple products, then go here:

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1784?locale=en_CA

to re-install 12.1.

All features of RADIO are back, as are ALL of my old stations.

I can make new stations with the '+', slide between hits-variety-discovery, add artists/songs to tune station, allow explicit switch is back. Everything.

Adding songs does not really seem to affect the station, but it never really did.

FYI, I am a MATCH subscriber, so all my library was still in the cloud, and came back fine.
