After updating to iOS 8.4 most iCloud services seems to be flaky especially signing into iCloud and Find my iPhone - seems to be like this only on LTE.
WiFi seems fine.

My WiFi only doesn't work with iCloud.
The usual "updated carrier settings" popup did not appear after the update and this is the first clue.
no find my iphone. We have AT&T service to. Who can we call regarding this though?? Unacceptable.
Really!! Who tests these updates before they go out?
Wouldn't they assume that there could be AT&T customers who want to use their phone over cellular?

This was a DNS issue with carrier settings and wasn't specific to iOS 8.4.
I tried to restore my phone with iTunes and it failed the restore showing a disconnect error but it reset my phone's network settings.
Still not working for me 😟 Boo. Any other ideas?
I have seen some people having the same issue with wifi only iPads too so this narrows the problem down to the device network ID being rejected by the APPLE servers. Possibly an attack? I suspect this could be that or just bad code causing algorithmic distortion. Mine reset after the failed restore but it seems to be having trouble staying synced. The spinning arrows keep running.

Still not working for me either. All iCloud services not working over AT&T data connection. WiFi is fine.
A problem happen when Apple changed their settings so they could have Apple music and the new software work that make Apple think your iPhone is not supposed to be connecting to it.
So who do we escalate this to? Two calls to Apple support but they are clueless.
Seems to be still there at least in the West coast. iTunes store downloads don't work, cannot login to iCloud.
Find my iPhone does not work. All of these work when on WiFi and none on LTE
gone again. I will sacrifice a restore to help out. ugh
I was experiencing the same issue, no connection since 11AM ET, and finally came to work 🙂 I open the star wars game and the notifications start loading. Finally... It was very frustrating, even I cod not log in to write in this forum. The problem looks to be in the main account only, since I have other iCloud accounts and load without a problem.
100 percent working after full restore with iTunes. It also downloaded iOS 8.4 again anyway. Not sure about OS X devices. This was my sacrifice to you guys.
My luck would be that everything was fixed right when I wiped my phone LOL.
