Many iCloud services not working on ATT LTE ios 8.4

After updating to iOS 8.4 most iCloud services seems to be flaky especially signing into iCloud and Find my iPhone - seems to be like this only on LTE.

WiFi seems fine.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

There have been combination of AT&T and iCloud issues today all over. My issues in the Chicago area are starting to get fixed. This could be it. Everyone is aware and is working on things. It isn't iOS 8.4, because I have iOS 8.3 still and others are also reporting they are not on 8.4 yet either.

Still there is sporadic down times. For couple of hours this afternoon it was all down and came back up after some time. So still seems very flaky on LTE
