Where is the Subscription Music Cloud?

I subscribe to the music cloud service (I think it's like $24.99) a year. I thought it was great so I uploaded all of my music to the cloud and removed it from my machine to free up space. Now I'm ready to put it back on my machine but I can't find the cloud to download it. I can see the icon when I go to iTunes but it won't download when I click. Where is the cloud that you pay a fee to subscribe to?
