Can't subscribe to Apple Music

When I try to subscribe to Apple Music I get the following error, both on iOS and Mac:


Sorry

We've found a problem that prevents us from signing you up for Apple Music at this time. We expect to have it fixed within a few days, and we thank you for your patience.

It happens right after I click on 'Start 3 month free trial' and then 'Individual'.

Any ideas what could be going one? I can't find anything on the web about it.

Now that I'm seeing more cases of this, there are two things that could be happening, too many people are signing up and the servers are overloaded, and/or Apple Music has a glitch that is preventing some/ all from signing up. Try again in a few hours and again in a few days. You are not the only people that are having this issue, the support for Apple Music has others experiencing this as well.

Someone should call them and see if there's anything the support guys can reset to give it a go? Explain what the problem is and that there's a pattern of it happening to past iTunes Match subscribers.


If not, I'll call them as soon as I'm home from work! I really wanna try this out 😟
