iTunes 12.2 - "An error occurred" - unable to access Radio or Connect

Hi All,

When I choose a station in Radio, nothing happens and when I click Connect all I get is a message reading "An error occurred"!

Any ideas how I resolve this problem?

UPDATE: Resolved the problem by logging out of iTunes and back in. Strange. 😕

UPDATE 2: It's stopped working again! 😟
