iTunes radio not working in iTunes 12.2.0.145

I've just downloaded iTunes 12.2, and was curious to listen to the new Beats 1 radio station.

However, I find that clicking on Listen Now doesn't work. The same is true for all of the other stations. As far as I know, this should be available in the UK ( I can listen to Beats 1 on my iPhone 5 running iOS 8.4). If it isn't, the feature shouldn't be there. I wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem.

Thanks to the answers above, I clicked on View Account, signed in, then closed that. I also clicked on the "Apple Music" square on the main iTunes screen. This told me I was already an Apple Music subscriber. Then the radio stations worked.

I think Apple needs to make iTunes require you to sign in again to straighten out your settings.

I am running iTunes 12.3. Selected the profile dropdown menu next to the search button (top right) > Account Info > Logged in and everything plays perfect!

It was able to listen after log in into your account in iTunes again.
Just go to View account and log in again will do the trick. 🙂

iTunes Version 12.3.0.44 on El Capitan.

Still not working with Windows 8.1 after i've done all you guys said. Itunes will not make contact with internet.

Hi, I am not a paid apple subscriber and was having this same issue. I was able to solve it opening ITUNES, going to STORE, and clicking on "authorize this computer." Hope this helps!
