iOS 8.4 app family sharing is gone. Completely

After update, when a family member starts an app, which was bought by another family member,

a message appears, that you have to buy that app. 😕

Before the update everything worked well.

✅ Turning the iPhone off,

✅ hard reset,

✅ login in iTunes & app store,

✅ several attempts to delete and reinstall some apps,

(you will be asked to enter the password to the apple-id of the person, who bought the app)

✅ even a recovery from a backup

none of this helped to solve the problem. I am frustrated, to say the least.

😟

It looks like Home Sharing is now only available for videos on iOS devices.

ive also noticed the complete absence of all family sharing options in the App Store and itune app. iCloud settings say that it is active but the ability to see and use other famy members purchases even if your the organizer and they used your card has been pulled. To others posting here home sharing and family sharing are 2 different services. I assime apple is trying to find a way to keep other people from listening to music from there service for free via home sharing but they could have blocked the streaming service while still allowing the sharring of purchased content. I'm ranting and need to shut up I think, but yea family sharing did not need to be disabled for video apps music and books.
