Apple Music Error- Operation Stopped-server not correctly configured

Error "Operation Stopped - server not correctly configured" anyone else have this problem? This error came up when I added a song from Apple Music to My Music, I tried to play the new song and that error came up (iPhone 5 - iOS 8.4) - also is there a place I can view just my songs - in "my music" I can choose from Library (which is all the artists) or my playlists but cannot find a place to view just all of the songs in alpha order?

I'm no network guru, but here at the university I teach at, a wifi zone that requires a password has this issue with Apple Music. As soon as I switch to an open network here on campus, the issue disappears and I can play things normally via wifi on my iPad Air (wi-fi only). So, am wondering if this is something how Apple Music having a conflict with some wi-fi firewall something or other.

I've come to the same conclusion. While connected to my office wifi, songs that are not "made available offline" cannot be played (most likely due to firewall issues). However, turning off my wifi and rerouting to data LTE connection allows all songs to be played without a problem.

The only complaint I have about this problem is that the songs I'm trying to play have been imported to my iPhone through iTunes. I purchased and own copies of the songs. However, ever since the roll-out of Apple Music, Apple iOS decided it would like to store some of these songs in the "cloud" which prevents me from playing them when the wifi isn't configured to their preference. Hopefully they release a statement and fix all of these Apple Music bugs soon.

I have this problem too - and it is a huge problem for me as it prevents anything other than Beats 1 radio and downloaded music from playing. The error message is as follows; "Operation Stopped. The server is not correctly configured" when on cellular data.

I use an iPhone 6 Plus on EE, with Wi- fi calling enabled.

It would be greatly appreciated if EE and Apple got their head together to help the customers.

Thanks.

Hi all - I live in Canada and I use Rogers for service. When I attempt to stream the radio or use preset playlists on my phone, over wifi, I get the same "Operation Stopped" message. It will only play songs that I have downloaded to be played offline. When I turn off wifi and use cell I can then play the radio however it then chews up my data plan. I've now run into another issue though as well. For some reason when I turn the wifi off and go into Music ==> Playback ==> Cellular Data "on" for some reason Apple Music doesn't recognize that I've done that and won't play because it's saying I'm not on wifi. Argh. I've turned my phone off and on, tried it again and it still doesn't work.

I hope apple gets this sorted because it would be nice to be able to use all the functionality that I am paying for @ 9.99/month.

Exactly the same issue for the last week with EE, iPhone 6.

Songs play fine over wifi, but when I am out and about and try to listen through 4G I get the failure message. Incredibly frustrating since a) paying £9.99 a month should allow me to listen to whatever I want, whenever I choose. But also, b) I recently upped my data in order to allow listening whilst not on WIFI and not running out of data with a week to go.

Any updates would be greatly appreciated, EE of Apple
