iPhone 5s Camera Won't Work

Hello,

I have the iPhone 5s, and my camera just stopped working out of the blue a couple of days ago. The camera app just shows a black screen, and if I try to switch from the rear to the front camera the app freezes. Also, all of the apps that access the camera show an error sign every time I open them, saying they are unable to access the camera app. I had iOS 8.3 when this happened. I tried force quitting all active apps, restarting the phone, restarting the phone by holding the home and power button, and then even did a factor restore on the phone, all of which have not helped. Since then my phone has been updated to iOS 8.4, and this has not solved anything either. Please help! I see that this happened to someone else at the end of last year, and I commented on that post as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.
