Not receiving reset e-mails from Apple
e-mail address is correct on Apple ID , e-mail address is receiving and sending other mail and cannot see e-mail in other folders etc?

Is this for resetting your account's password or security questions ?
If you have aren't receiving the reset email, and if this is for your account's password you can't reset it by answering your account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com, then try contacting Support in your country (they should be able to reset your password and/or security questions) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
did u try putting in @gmail.com?
When requesting password or security questions to be reset you can't change the email address that the email goes to, it will use the address on the iTunes account - it will use the rescue email address if there is one on the account, if there isn't it will use the primary email address (security questions can only be reset via a rescue email address)
