I need some help on my iPhone 4

I have an, iPhone 4 which has not yet been updated, so today I have plugged it into the computer and begun the update. Later I have come to my phone to check and it seemed to be fine, but now it has a USB cable showing pointing to a iTunes logo on my phone.

How can I get my phone back on?
