I have just updated to 10.4 and all my music has gone to iCloud and I can't redownload it to iTunes how can I sort this?

I hope Apple is listening to these comments. I'm a long time Apple ecosystem supporter but the fact that Apple now thinks everyone only wants to listen to music in streaming form is frustrating. I spend a LOT of time out of the reach of cloud access. I want my music ON my device, ALL of it, ALL the time.

Also, doesn't Apple realize that streaming content uses data. Data that costs real money! Why would I want to spend more money streaming a song I have purchased? I OWN it for god sake, I should have to pay to listen to it. It makes no sense.

My library is such a mess now, duplicates, missing, etc.

How about providing a macro that cleans everything up and gives me the option to move the music I want onto my device???
