How do I delete albums off my ipod nano that did not come from iTunes?

To delete music from an iPod nano, you sync the iPod to iTunes on a computer. In order to sync exactly the music you want from the computer, you will want to manage the content manually. See the manual for the iPod nano (page 16) -
