I tried every way possible to restore my password, but I failed to remember not even mention security question😢

I am having exactly the same issue, hope we find a resolution 😟
Same problem with me. The account that is requesting a password is the same reset account. So every time that i click on i forgot it sends a reset password link to the account that i do not have access to? And i can also not remember the security question?
Me too, but till now didn't get any comment from the support team.
