I need to change my security questions

I made my account a while ago and I don't remember my security answers. I'm trying to download music and it keeps telling me I have to verify my account by answering those questions. It said to go to my account and select change password and questions and there will be an option to change your questions but Its not there. Please help me so I can finally have music on my phone (:
