region not bouncng to 0

Question

region not bouncng to 0

I have a project im working on with 1* logic computer. and i am putting this 12 bar project length project into 2* logic computer to master/ turn up volume.
I am having this problem, the region when selected in the 2* project file shows the length as 11.3.3.239 in the bin, then when i {bounce} it says its 11.3.3.240.
The sample legths are not matching = through the logic computers. how do i make it 12.0.0.0 like how it should be, and for the full 12 bar length bounce on 1* it would show 13.0.0.0... it did. why are these not bouncing the full regions?

also strange some regions i have that are not problematic but still strange... some of the files i have in this master project grid with tempo changes show regions that end in 0 and some that end in 0. ...

and of course i can just pump up thoes last 2 samples forcefully when bouncing but it should work

ok. i fixed it kinda. I just added some silence to the end of the unmastered version and then cut it down to 0. when i put it in the new master project file

OK the silence addition didnt work, that crated a click. Any thoughts to the intrnal clocks not matching tempos? midi notes extended upon the region grids? i have no idea... any thoughts to why?
