Can't get Rosetta stone back on my computer

I restored my Mac and cloned my HD on an external drive. I have Rosetta stone and am trying to get it back on my computer. I copied the file in applications support and the app to applications but can't get it to run. Until today, when I click the app I would get "fatal application error 1141". Today however when i opened it, i was brought to the activation page w/ my code already there. So i pressed activate but it gave me "minor error 8111". I guess i should be relieved that it went from fatal error to a minor error, but it still won't work. help!
