how to install windows ? on imac with usb

I have a problem in disk (dvd-ram) , and can't install windows form disk and want install windows from usb

and i have iMac this information my imac

iMac 27-inch, Mid 2011 processor 3.1 GHz Intel core i5

Memory 14 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 MB

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Please re-post in the Boot Camp forum, that is where the MS Windows guys hang out. This is a general iMac forum, most users here are OS X guys.
