what should I do to ensure/check the stability of my macbook pro?

Problem description:

Lately iv Noticed even after reboot that my mac consumes a good bit of mem right off the bat. What concerns me though is random lagginess with that spinning rainbow wheel and not like once every 5 hours but like every other. Iv never had performance issues with this laptop and not too long ago i did hit it good and well to clean out the dust. (A rather thorough cleaning)

Consider killing all those Webkit processes (or just quit your browser or close all the tabs or both.) You are running out of memory, hence, the slowdown. You also have some crashes noted in the logs at the end of the report caused by the InternetDaemon.

If you have Flash installed why do you have this - PepperFlashPlayer? Upgrade Boom to Boom 2.
