iTunes 12.2 not recognizing my devices

Updated iTunes and now none of my devices are recognized by iTunes 12.2. I have run iDisk and corrected permissions, reinstalled iTunes, restarted my computer, iPad, iPhone, etc. Nothing is working.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Same problem. Updated phones to iOS 8.4. Neither iPhone 5s nor iPhone 6 is recognized by iTunes 12.2 on either of my 3 Macs running Yosemite running 10.10.4. iPad running iOS 8.2 is being recognized. Problem would appear to be iOS 8.4.
