Airprint Settings

One of my printers (Pantum P2500W) in AirPrint defaults to A4 paper size and I can't figure out how to change it. Comes up the same on both my iPad Air and iPhone6. Under Advanced Settings the A4 Paper Size is ghosted so I can't select it for change. I'd like it to default to 8.5" x 11". I've called Pantum and they don't have any ideas. I'm using iOS 8.4 on both devices. Any ideas?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

Here's the user manual online, maybe this will help: http://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/592838/pantum-p2500w-p2500-p2200.html

Here's how to reset everything back to factory defaults, maybe try this?

If you want to reset all parameter settings of the printer, you can restore to the factory settings

by long pressing "Cancel/Continue" button when the printer is powered off to power on it and

holding for 10 seconds until the printer enters Ready status to finish the resetting work.
