How do I sync Ipod Classic in Itunes. The classic is not workign and I think it needs updating
My classic Ipod has simply stopped playing. I woudl like to see if updating it via a sync to my Mac/Itunes would help. But when I have it connected,
with iTunes open, I do not "see" the device and cannot see how to initiate this sync
