can some one please help i keep getting cant create apple id account limit reached

iPhone 4, iOS 7

Can you post a screenshot? I have never seen this before so I'm assuming it's just a pop-up. Then again, I haven't created more than three Apple IDs...Try using a different device. Or a different WiFi connection.

How many apple id have you created? There is a limit to the number of appleids you can create from a given ip address.

Give apple a call to white list your ip address.

Use tor to get a different ip address.
