Does Superduper clone virtual machines along with Mac HD

I plan on changing my Mac laptop for another Mac laptop. I have Parallels 10 on my Mac running Windows 7. I have downloaded Superduper cloning software, if I were to clone my Mac hard drive, will it also clone windows 7 at the same time?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

If you are cloning your HD, you are copying all the files on it, and the Parallels virtual machines are just another bunch of files though they turn into Windows when run. If you were using Boot Camp, it'd be a different story, which is one of the many benefits of running other OS's as virtual machines.

However, Parallels will detect that the VM is running on a different Mac. Check out this Parallels discussionto avoid the possibility of having to reactivate Windows.
