Why do phone numbers from other iphones not show in the usage part of my bill?
I have an iPhone 6 plus....
In the usage portion of my bill, why is it that calls or texts made to other iPhone users do not show up?
How do I fix this?

Texts to other iOS users are done under iMessage and do not go through your carrier. Therefore, they will never show up on your bill. If you are making calls using FaceTime audio or Voice over wi-fi, these calls may not show up on your bill. You will need to talk to your carrier as to what is showing up as your bill comes from your carrier and not Apple.
So if I turn imessage off in my settings, these calls/messages will show on my bill?

If you turn off iMessage AND Facetime the calls will show on your bill. You will also be charged for them.
Just note that if you turn off iMessage that they will be sent to you as a text so the person sending will also be charged. Also, if they don't have an iPhone and are using an iPod touch or iPad, they will not be able to send you messages.
I have unlimited text on my plan...why would I be charged??

Then you won't be charged. But if the person you are texting with does not have unlimited text then they will be charged. And, unless you have unlimited calls also, every call will use your included minutes.
Also note that iMessage is much more secure than a standard SMS.
This issue is a carrier prob. Not your phone. Anything that has to do with charges on your bill, when dealing with SMS or phone calls on the iOS system is a carrier issue. Apple can not alter your wireless carrier bill.
It has nothing to do with the carrier. iMessages to other iPhone users, and Facetime calls to other iPhone users, do NOT go over the cellular network, so the carrier doesn't even know they exist.
