Mac Mini won't Sleep since updating Mac EFI Security Update 2015-001

Apple please help.

I've had my Mac Mini for several years and my Energy Saver settings have never changed since I bought it, set to Sleep after 1 hour of use and always worked perfectly, Mac Mini will sleep during the night and in the morning I just move my mouse and in a few seconds the Mac Mini will awake and I can use, however since updating the firmware this past week through the Apple Software Update EFI Security Update 2015-001 on July 4th version 1.0 my Mac Mini at night will shut down and in the morning I will physically have to turn on the button in the back to get it on sometimes that won't work and I will have to unplug and wait 15 seconds and re-plug and then it works fine.

Re-checked my systems for Energy Saver and it's still showing the same setting since I bought it Sleep after 1 hour of use. It's now shutting down at night and this started right after this EFI Security firmware update.

Apple please address this issue!!
