I would like to know about codec photo jpeg. I need to export as .mov with codec photo jpeg with 95% quality. Can I do that with FCP X

You are correct. FCPX cannot export Photo JPEG without help from Compressor.
What Tom said; if you don't have Compressor, you can also use MPEG Streamclip to do it. Export master file as ProRes from FCP X, open in MPEG Streamclip, choose Export to Quicktime... and select the codec and settings you want.
@Luis and Tom: Do either of you know what 95% quality represents? The OP had asked a similar question on the Compressor forum.

I don't know what it means specifically, or how such a thing as "quality" is quantified.
I do know that there is a slider you can adjust and set to 95%. Typically, as you would expect, lower quality allows for greater compression, so smaller files.
You mean as a data rate? No idea. It has to be pretty high because P-JPEG isn't that efficient. Taking the quality to slider to 95 should do it.
@Luis and Tom: Sorry I wasn't clear. Was asking about the relationship between the quality slider in Compressor's QT dialog and Stremaclip. (Bitrate would obviously have worked too.)

There are three types of Apple Photo Jpeg, Photo Jpeg, Photo Jpeg-A and Photo Jpeg-B. Make sure you pick the right one.
As Linus points out you can do this (all there types and change the quality setting to 95%) with the MPEG Stream Clip (free) App.
Using MPEG-Streamclip... File #1 Photo Jpeg quality set to 100%. File #2 quality set to 95%. Just going from 100% to 95% the file size is about 50% of the original size.
David, Very interesting and unexpected (to me) that there would be such a great difference between 95% and 100%,
Trying to relate Streamclip's setting to Compressor's slider, High produced a file aize somewhat below 95% and Best is substantially above 95%. So I guess were I to use Compressor, I guess I'd position the slider between High and Best…perhaps a third of the way from High to Best.

And if I export as uncompressed , Will I get that higher quality than ProRes? Which one should I choose between 8-bit 4:2:2 and 10-bit 4:2:2 ? Can mpeg streamclip handle uncompressed File?

thank you very much to everybody here. I need to use the setting because I want to send the video clips to istockphoto , The stock video agency. They need these setting. The reason that they want 95% quality because, As David posted, A file is much smaller so it's easier to upload and keep. Quality of file is still very good( stock video standard).

UUncompressed 10-bit will be the highest quality, but unnecessarily large. The files will be incredibly big and require a high speed RAID for playback. I don't think anyone uses uncompressed any more. Yes, Strramclip can do uncompressed.
