export with codec photo jpeg

Hello,

I would like to know about codec photo jpeg. I need to export as .mov with codec photo jpeg with 95% quality. Can I do that with FCP X

Thank you very much. It's very long story of prores. Could you pin point and recommend the highest quality of prores, please? It's hard for me to figure out. Too technical for me.

TThe highest quality is ProRes XQ, designed for digital cinema intermediates and delivery with transparency.
