II've been trying to find a way to upload or save my resume in PDF word document to my camera roll on my iPad 8.4 without it being edited. Most jobs ask you to upload your resume, and when I click that button it only gives me options from my camera roll or photos. I've tried some apps that I thought could convert it, but it didn't work.

Open your resume on your iPad. Click the home and sleep buttons at the same time, a quick up and down like you would a camera shutter. If it works, you'll see a white flash which means you've just taken a screen cap. You can find that in the camera roll
TThis may sound stupid, but I have my resume stored on Microsoft word. Where do I open it on my iPad to get those features of the home and sleep button. Thank you for your help!!
It's not stupid at all. E-mail it to yourself as an attachment. Open that attachment on your iPad. It should open in a preview mode. You can then take the screen cap of that.
I don't have adobe reader on my computer but you could look on there and see if there's an option to export or save as a jpg.
Alternatively you could print out your resume, then scan that print in, which would give you the ability to save that scan as a jpg, which you could e-mail to yourself and save. As a jpg it'll default into th photos app
Are we saying there is no way to attach a resume other than in a photo format??? How professional is that???
No one is saying that. Deep breath. If you have a question create a thread and ask it. Don't tag on to two year old threads.
