How do i convert my .exe file to an ISO file?

I recently purchased Windows 8.1 from the Microsoft Online store and attempted to install windows using Bootcamp. What I did not know when downloading the windows file was that, in order to install windows, I needed the file to be in a ISO format. My question is how do I convert my .exe file of windows into an ISO file in order to properly install windows on my Mac?
