I hope you can help me with this problem, as I have a problem with my iPhone 6 screen after updating to IOS 8.4. The screen light became darker. I can purely see the icons. the phone works well, but the issue is with the screen light. Hope to hear from you soon in regard any solution for this issue.

You don't have to send it the apple store to fix.
Call up your local Apple Store and make a request for a genius bar appointment.
A genius bar appointment is 100% free
At an appointment in the genius bar, the technicians will run tests on your iPhone to see whats going on.

Do you have auto-brightness on?
If not, turn it on and see if your screen brightness increases.
If you do have auto-brightness on, turn it off and increase your brightness via settings
I tried this technique and it is not working at all, do you have any other solution??

Try to reset your iPhone.
Do this by holding the home button and power button at the same time for about 30 seconds until it restarts.
(Nothing on your phone will get deleted)
