I am looking for a decent Panorama app that I can use to create Panoramic photos with. If it matters, I currently shoot in raw. I have looked in the Mac App Store and have found some out there, but I'm curious what panorama apps others use and why.

PhotoShop Elements when I use one - but mostly I shoot the with my Sony DLSR or my iPhone - I seldom need to "stitch" them together anymore

My Nikon D7100 doesn't have a stiching feature. I haven't considered Elements, but that is a thought. I'm going to provide Apple Feedback to add this as a feature, it's something that Aperture should have had.
Go to MacUpdate.com and do a search for "panorama". You'll get a list of potential candidates, several are free.
Good thought, any you suggest that aren't mind numbing to learn?
Don't know anything about them. You can try the free ones and see if one is better suited than the others. I use a Canon utility that I got with my first Canon camera.
Actually I checked that list again and there's only one free app that can be downloaded - Hugin. It's taking forever to download so I haven't been able to try it. There are some inexpensive apps, from $5 at the App Store to around $20. AS it turns out I tried Hugin, I did not care for it at all.
