Interestingly, a new problem has developed. Now when I press down to get a heartbeat, two gray circle icons appear on the black background--a gray Message symbol and a gray Phone symbol, with the words "Message" and "Call" under them.

No heartbeat. I reset both phone and watch, but this time it didn't work--I still get the message or call options instead of the heartbeat. Have you seen this problem before?

Hi

To send a heartbeat, it is only necessary to place two fingers on the display until you see and feel your heartbeat, then lift them to send the Digital Touch.

Do not press down firmly (this instead launches options for sending a message to the contact or calling them) - just place your fingers on the display.
