iCloud Photo Library accidentally deactivated - how can I reactivate it?

iCloud Photo Library accidentally deactivated - how can I reactivate it? When I try to activate it again it still says I only have 3 more days left, until all photos are deleted. And also my iPhone won't load any images to the Iphone because it just says it is deactivated. I cannot find a solution for this problem :-(.
