Cleaning my Apple Watch - eek!

If I can only clean my Apple Watch Sport with water and a soft cloth, that seems pretty unhygienic. Isn't there more I can do to reduce the germ load I am carrying around on my wrist?

I am an Emergency Room nurse and want to be able to wear my Apple Watch at work, but without being able to clean the watch, this seems like a huge infection risk. Even if I don't wash the watch every time I wash my hands (dozens of times a day) how can I not clean it at the end of the shift?

Help?!?

Apple Watch, iOS 8.4
