what is virus WIN64:Evo-gen and do i delete it?

Avast Mac Security2015 found this supposed infected file after I did a full scan of my mac.

I isolated the file but I do not know if I should delete it, It is an apple file or if I should restore it? Avast does not give me more info.

Has anyone come across this situation, and what did you do?

Name, AppleDiagnostics.dmg

Original location, /private /var/temp/AppleD...s/AppleDiagnostics.dmg

Size, 1.93 MB

It's a Windows file. It has no relevance to your Mac. You can delete it.
