Boot Camp Control Panel losing and not applying settings (Win8.1)

Hi ...,

The issue I have with the Boot Camp Control Panel (BCCP) is devided in two parts. One is on the Keyboard tab and the other on the Trackpad tab.

It all starts when I boot Windows 8.1 on my Mac Book Pro.

On the Keyboard tab I've checked the setting to use the 'fn'-key to use the symbols above the function key's. Like below...

When I reboot or start Windows 8.1 I've to re-do this setting... But the strange part is: When I open the BCCP... this checkbox is allready selected 😮

To activate this setting (again) I've to uncheck and check the setting and click OK or Apply.

(When I skip the uncheck and check... I get an error [I'll add the message later])

Now... the other issue that happends at the same time... On the Trackpad tab. It is a little bit different from the Keyboard issue...

When I reboot or start Windows 8.1: Secondary Click 'bottom Right corner' is not working...

I've to re-do this setting on the BCCP Trackpad tab. When opening... is see:

Now I select the checkbox "Secondary Click" and in the dropdown "Bottom Right Corner"...

Click Apply and/or OK... like this...

Now I can scroll with 2 fingers on the trackpad and use the Secondary Click on the Bottom Right Corner...

Until I reboot or start Windows 8.1 again... Than I've to re do these settings for the keyboard and the trackpad.

How to fix...
