Inactive Click for Apple ID

Hi,
I'm having a problem on iPhone ONLY. The apple id option on Settings-->iCloud or Settings--> iTunes is INACTIVE. I can't click on it, this way I can't access anything that requires my apple id. It has a Grey Color instead of blue (see images below)...I can use my id on ANY device but the iPhone. I tried hard reseting, I tried logging out from every device through iTunes on my Macbook but nothing changed actually, the icons for App Store and iTunes disappeared. Can someone help me please?
