I have been searching for a medical dictionary plugin for the dictionary app with no luck on my MBPr running 10.10.4. Is there any alternative?

Added dictionaries are not available in the Dictionary app until you select them in its preferences. You also need to drag/drop the preferences entry to where you want it displayed on the dictionary toolbar. This particular dictionary points back to Oxford University Press in its internal files.
Is there any medical dictionary plugin for the dictionary app?
