Itunes for windows vista 32 bits

Hello,

I'm currently running iTunes 11.5.5. I had a more recent version installed, but then my iTunes stopped working because I had to update it to the latest version.

When I tried this I was unable to instal version 12.2.1 because it requires Windows 7 or later. At this point I had already deleted the iTunes on my computer.
So I searched for an official version that supperted Windows 32 bits and found this: iTunes 11.1.5 voor Windows 32-bits

After installing iTunes 11.1.5.5 everything seemed to be working fine again untill I tried to connect my phone.
I keep getting this notification:

"iTunes requires a newer version of Apple Mobile Device Support. Uninstall AMDS and iTunes and reinstall iTunes again."

How am I supposed to install the latest version of iTunes when it does not support my version of Windows?
Are there any solutions to this w/o upgrading my version of Windows?
Is there a way to download/instal the latest (official) version of iTunes that does support windows 32 bits?
