Partitions sizes not reported correctly after removing Bootcamp

Yes, definitely.

Just unsure how to correctly use gdisk to format for winclone transfer.

I am unable to format the first partition "Bootcamp" as a fat using DU. It is only giving me the options of Mac journaled, etc. Don't we need to use the gdisk program to make the hybrid first? I am very confused at this point on the steps needed to get this finished. Here is my latest output:

Do I need to start from scratch with another wipe? The bootcamp shows the smaller and Mac should be the larger.

OK, only one small change in that line, I had to add 32 after fat, but that seems to have gotten it. Going to try and restore the winclone image now. Fingers crossed. And continued thanks to you, sir...

Winclone was able to restore to the BC partition without any errors. I restarted computer and holding SHIFT was able to get the option to start Windows, Recovery, Macintosh, EFI, EFI. I selected windows and after a couple of minutes get a black screen error that says it was unable to start, had to shut down computer and restarted into OSX and that's where I'm at.

Yes, 5. But I forgot to remove external HDs. I will unplug those and try again to verify only 3. Also, I thought I'd try booting into parallels vm and see if windows will start there.

CHDSK did not start on first attempt, but did in Parallels boot.

After unplugging all external HDs, I do indeed only get 3 choices on OPTION reboot; Macintosh, Windows, and Recovery.

Starting windows just give a black screen with "Unable to load operating system" error.

I was able to get it working in Parallels, but not smoothly. Then went back and tried Bootcamp again and got same "Unable to load operating system" error. And it never starts CHDSK.
