Partitions sizes not reported correctly after removing Bootcamp

Hi,

I am reading through all these threads and am hoping that @Loner T can help (or anyone, but he seems to have a good understanding of this). I did the dumb thing and uninstalled bootcamp using disk utility and now have the dreaded split HD in two partitions. I want to reinstall bootcamp but when I try to make a third partition for a Bootcamp HD it takes up all the free space on my HD. Not to mention that the reported space available in Disk Utility, doesn't match the "Get Info" amount on the Macintosh HD. I am including screen shots and will send the cs list and list in hopes you can help me. I have a time machine backup so I don't mind formatting (again), and I have a WinClone image of the old Win7 (but it was crashing hence the removal in the first place). Thanks for any help!

BT mouse is unplugged, but i will pull the battery. USB stick is definitely 2.0 verified via model/serial number. For sequential checking of ports, are you referring to the USB stick? Since I have mouse and keyboard in 2 of the 4 that only leaves 1 open, but, yes, I can move it through them all and report back.

Do you think we should just go back to CS at this point?

Hahaha... Firefighters, Military service folks, policeman, and teachers...they're brave. I'm just a very persistent geek who wants his windows back 😀

Restore completed overnight, starting BCA now, but I realize that I won't have 1.5 TB to give to windows as my Mac portion is already 1.6. Does that make a difference? Also, I am encouraged as this is the first time that BA has actually allowed me to select the 3rd option of installing Windows. Perhaps just going from here I should try my 400 gb bootcamp partition and cross my fingers that it may finally work?
