A Safari page come up and blocked my screen so I cannot send an email. It said the cause was too many re-directs of emails. What do I do?

With my MacBookPro I was re-directing a few emails and a Safari page came up and blocked the screen so I cannot write an email.

MacBook Pro, iOS 7.1.1
