if two people are face timing, can it be recorded? (but both were using an iPhone)

There is no information that indicates you can video record a FaceTime call - on a Mac you can use iMovie to record directly from the FaceTime camera, but there isn't any info about recording a call.
can FaceTime be recorded if both users are using an iPhone?
