Hello,

We might need more information in order to help you.

  • Does this occure on a particular Wi-Fi network? Have you tried connecting on any other network?
  • Have you made sure that Airplane Mode is off and that Wi-Fi is on?

You can still try to follow these steps:

  1. Try to reset your network settings. Open the settings app and navigate to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  2. Disable "Wi-Fi networking". Open the settings app and navigate to General > Privacy > Location Services > System Services and turn Wi-Fi networking off.
  3. If none of these work, you might want to restore your iPhone. Here's how: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
